Software Training Center firmly believes that instructor-led classroom training, combined with plenty of hands-on experience for each student, is the most effective way for individuals to acquire their PC skills. We also feel that a smaller class size increases the overall learning experience for each student. This is why we typically hold classes that are maximum of 12 to 14 students in size. Our many years of experience has also taught us that the traditional "lecture-style" classroom layout is not the most effective way to present PC training. This is why we have incorporated a classroom layout that allows the instructor to observe and monitor the progress of each and every student in the class, without having to incur frequent pauses in the delivery of the course material.
Software Training Center uses only professionally developed student training manuals, or "courseware", that are effective and comprehensive learning tools. This courseware also serves as an excellent desk reference after the training course has been completed. Some features of our courseware include:
Our attention to our customers needs does not stop at the end of the course either. In addition to the quality classroom instruction, and the comprehensive courseware, Software Training Center also provides free post-course technical support. This free service is available by phone, fax, or e-mail. For phone support, please call us at (562) 403-1640 during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM), or fax us at (562) 809-6522. For support help via electronic mail, please send your question(s) to techsupport@stcweb.com. For additional technical support options, please visit our Online Support page. Note: Technical support is limited to the concepts and information supplied in the course you attended, or topics that are closely related the course. If the question is beyond the skill level of the course, our support personal can provide conceptual answers with references to other resources.
One of our primary objectives is to give our customers competitive pricing while still maintaining our high standards of customer service. One of the ways we continually achieve this objective is to offer flexibility when it comes to purchasing your training services. Whether it is for a single class or a series of training vouchers, Software Training Center will help you reasonably achieve your training needs.
Software Training Center training center guarantees our training through our "Learn or Return" policy. We are so confident about our training services that if any student does not feel completely satisfied with a course, they will be rescheduled for that same class at a later date free of charge.
