Online Support Options

In an effort to provide the best customer support options possible, Software Training Center is now offering our clients many different ways in which to obtain answers to various technical support questions.

If you have attended a training conducted by Software Training Center, you are entitled for free, post-training, technical support for that particular course.  Your options for obtaining your free technical support are as follows:

  1. Phone.  Call us at (562) 403-1640 and speak directly with a staff member.  This is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  2. Fax.  Fax your question(s) to (562) 809-6522.
  3. E-mail.  Send your question(s) via e-mail to techsupport@stcweb.com
  4. Bulletin Board.   Access our Web site bulletin board to post your question(s).
